Scholarship Benefits

• Full payment of TUITION FEES and other SCHOOL FEES Per Semester.
• Monthly Allowance ( PHP 3,000.00 )
• Book Allowance ( PHP 3,000.00 ) Per semester
• Graduation fee and Reimbursement up to ( PHP 2,000.00 ) for Scholar – Graduates

Required Documents

• PSA / NSO Birth Certificate
• Grade 12 First Semester Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Parents / Guardian’s Income Tax Return OR Tax Exemption Certificate
• Applicant’s Barangay Clearance
• 2×2 Colored Picture

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate or graduating students and any public senior high school, with general average not below than 88% and with grade per subject lower than 80%
• Must be a good moral charchter and posses leadership skills
• Annual gross and income of both parents – guardians must not be a more than PHP 300,000.00 for a family with single earner of not more than PHP 150,000.00
• Must not accept any others scholarship grants will entlised in the scholarship.

Note: Interested applicants may submit their documents to any Metro Gaisano Retail Stores, Metro Fresh and Easy Customer Service Center, or Scholarship Offices of USC, USJR, and CIT-U.
