Tzu Chi Foundation Philippines welcomes scholarship scholars for the academic year 2025-2026.
Be a Tzu Chi scholar through the foundation’s Educational Assistance Program, which covers allowances, teaches values formation, and prepares students for life outside of the campus. Students enrolled in any of the priority courses at one of the state university college partners are encouraged to apply !

Qualifications and Criteria Selection
- Must be enrolled in a state university or college partner
- Must be an incoming 2nd year college student at the time of application
- Must belong to an indigent or economically challenged family
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 2.25 (82%) with no failing grade and incomplete grade in any subject
- Must be a regular student
- Must pass the interview and agree to a home visitation to be conducted by the social worker in charge, staff, and volunteers of the Tzu Chi Foundation.
- Must be a resident of Metro Manila or areas in Rizal near NCR

- Latest report card
- Latest registration form
- 1×1 ID picture
- Autobiography
- Recent family picture
- Pictures of the inside and outside of the house
- Copy of utility bills
- Detailed sketch map of residence with landmarks
- Latest ITR or Parents’ payslip (if applicable)
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency
