Qualification Requirements
- Must be Filipino citizen of good moral character and a resident of component cities & municipalities of the Province
- Must be single & not exceed the following ages at time of filing of application
- 23 years of age for DES, Pagkaon, PEACE,PWD,DCS, CONROFW
- 25 years of age for NOPMANS -Medicine, Midwifery , 30 Years of age for IP
- Must have a general average of 80% or its equivalent with no failing grade or dropped subject in scholastic records
- Must belong to a low income family for (DES, Pagkaon, DCS, IP, PWD, CONROFW, Midwifery, DCS-OFW)
- Must not be related to any other scholar of the Province up to the fourth civil degree of consanguinity.
Admission to the Program
SECURE application form at the Office of the Governor – Negros Occidental Scholarship Program Division or download and print from our Facebook Account: NOSP Applicants. The applicant must comply the application requirements of the NOSP.
- SUBMIT fully accomplished application form and other documentary requirements at the NOSPD for evaluation purposes.
TAKE the qualifying exam as scheduled. Qualified applicants will be notified through a posting on our official Facebook Account.
COME for interview as scheduled for passers of the NOSP qualifying examination.
