Qualifications
- Must be a resident of SOCCSKSARGEN
- No Grade Below 80% in any Related Subject
- Not a Recipient of any Major Scholarship of Financial aid
- Student Must have a general average ( latest report grade ) of attest 85% or its equivalent

- Scanned copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Latest Grade 12 First Semester Report Card
