Requirements
- Requirements include the following:
- For Incoming Freshmen
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2025-26
- Certified Photocopy of Report Card – General Average should be 85% above
- (Should be certified by the Senior High School where she/he came from)
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Original Copy)
- Request Letter addressed to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr.
- (Personal letter by the student applicant)
- For 2nd YEAR & Up
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2025-26
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 2nd SEM SY 2024-25
- Photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG) 2nd SEM SY 2024-25
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Original Copy)
- Request Letter addressed to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr.
- (Personal letter by the student Scholar)
Reminders
- This grant is for College Students only.
- Old Applicants should also apply together with the new Scholars.
- All requirements will be submitted to the General Services Office (GSO), Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, San Rafael Government Center, Brgy. Sampaloc.
- Applications with incomplete requirements will not be accepted.
