The list of requirements are as follows
- Accomplished
- Letter or intent
- Two (2) pcs. 2×2 Colored Pictures
- Comelec ID and Registration of Applicant
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Criteria
- Eighteen (18) Years old & above
- A Permanent Resident of Bataan
- Able to complete the enrolled courses within the prescribed period
Note : Please provide a Long Brown Envelope for your requirements & print your application form on both sides
For interested Scholars, please submit your application form and requirements at the Iskolar ng Bataan Office, 4th Floor, the Bunker Building, Capitol Compound, Balanga City
