Scroll down and click on the (Download your test permit button)
Log-in using your credentials (Application ID, primary email address, and birthdate
Download and print your test permit on a long bond paper (8.5 x 13 in) and complete all necessary forms
If you have documents to resubmit, please do so on or before April 11, 2025
