Scholarship Examinations
Deadline of submission of Application : April 16, 2025
Scholarship Examination is on : April 27, 2025 @ ZNNHS MAIN CAMPUS
Scholars may submit documents at SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM MANAGEMENT UNIT 3rd Floor, Cubicle 2, CGSO, Dipolog City Hall
Required Initial Documents to be submitted
- Application Letter/Letter of Intent signed by applicant
- Photo copy of Senior High School Card (1st & 2nd sem.)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from School
- Barangay Residency Certification (at least 5 years resident)
- Indigency Certification from the barangay where they live
- One piece 2 x 2 picture of applicant
- Submit above-stated initial documents to CMO-SPMU for pre-qualification and interview
Note: Incomplete documents/Late submission of requirements will not be accepted.
