The Education Development Services is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its Scholarship Program for POSTGRADUATE STUDIES A. Y 2025-2026 , This program is designed to provide financial assistance to qualified & deserving individuals who wish to pursue advanced studies’ in their chosen field’s
Requirements
include the following:
– Application letter addressed to Hon. Santiago B. Cane, Jr. with signature of applicant
– Application form (version 2025) duly filled out with 2×2 ID picture (click here)
– Photocopy of Barangay Certificate of residency indicating the number of years of residency
– Photocopy of Certificate of Indigency
– Proof of Income (any of the following):
– Annual Income Tax Return of one or both parents (if working)
– Employment Contract (if OFW)
– Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card (for gap year students only)
– Certificate of Indigency with proof of income (photocopy) Proof of income could be
– Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) of one or both parents (if working)
– Employment Contract (if ofw)
– Photocopy of Grade 12 report card (with complete grades from 1st to 2nd semester) if applicant is currently a senior high school graduate or Photocopy of Certificate of grade’s of the previously enrolled semester if the applicant is currently a college student
The report card or the certificate of grades must indicate the General Weighted Average (GWA) with minimum grade requirement of
• Full Blooded IP- at least 80%
• Non-IP & BS Nursing- at least 85%
• Persons with disabili’0-/=-=ty (PWD)- at least 80%
Note: All subject must not have falling grades, dropped or INC remarks
Additional Requirements
- Full Blood IP
– Original copy of the certification from the Barangay and Municipal Tribal Chieftain that the applicant is full blooded IP - Persons with disability (PWD)
– Original copy of Medical Certification from any government hospital or health care unit
– Certification from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
– Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Minimum age requirement: must not be over 30 years old at the time of application - BS Nursing
– Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
– Minimum age requirement: must not be over 18 years old at the time of application at the time of application
The application period is scheduled from 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑-𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑-𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
