Who May Apply
- Grade 12 public or private students
- Incoming college freshman
- Resident ni Province of Rizal for three (3) years
What Are The Requirement Documents
Requirements include the following:
- Accomplished Iskolar ni Gob Program Application Form – Printed on legal size paper (back to back)
- Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card, duly signed by the Registrar and Principal with at least 85% in every subject taken in the first semester
- Photocopy of NSO (PSA) birth certificate
- Proof of Income
- For Public & Private school students whose parents are GAINFULLY EMPLOYED
- BIR Form 2316 Certificate of Tax Withheld with an annual income of not more than PHP500,000.00 (LATEST)
- For Private school students whose parents are NOT GAINFULLY EMPLOYED (1) Copy of BIR Certificate of TAX EXEMPTION for FY 2023 (Authenticated Copy)
- For Public school students whose parents are NOT GAINFULLY EMPLOYED (1) Copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Original)
Photocopy of Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate of Registration of the applicant or parents/guardians
- Two (2) pieces of 2×2 sized recent photo with name
